<p><strong>Key Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):</strong></p>
<p>Provide operational support to the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) with analytical support services in the field of BIOMETRICS and HUMINT exploitation.  Services include analysis of information from biometrics and HUMINT exploitation technical devices and multi-source data, briefings to Commanders and assault elements in regards to analysis, biometrics and HUMINT exploitation; provide training of biometrics and HUMINT exploitation technical devices as needed.  Personnel must have an expert working knowledge of the following systems:  Biometrics Automated Tool Set, XRY, ENCASE, Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT/Handheld Interagency Identification Device (HIDE) operations, Secure Electronic Enrollment Kit (SEEK), Cross Match ID 1000 Finger Print Scanner, Retina Scanner Technology and Joint Quick Capture Platform (JQCP).  Interested personnel much have a working knowledge of Satellite Communications devices and their basic functions.  Additional consideration will be given to any applicant who has information technology background who understands and can trouble shoot Microsoft networks, databases and Windows based devices.</p>

<p><strong>Key Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):</strong></p>
<p>Operations Training Subject Matter Experts will serve as members of a unique, multi-discipline team providing training assistance to U.S. forces and interagency partners as well as International partners.  Training will focus on providing Operations and Intelligence Integrators with the ability to fuse operations and intelligence in an effective, seamless process in order to enhance their effectiveness against enemy networks that employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).</p>
<p>The Operations Training SME will assist in internal training of organization personnel as well as training members of deploying units and selected Interagency/International partners.  The Training SME will focus on the use of a broad range of tools, methodologies and datasets in order to develop greater fidelity of enemy networks employing IEDs.  The Operations Training SME should be able to train integrators to:  Prioritize, categorize and satisfy requests for information and support, conduct near term analyses of device and network-centric threats, integrate JIEDDO-COIC tools, data, and personnel into Corps, Division, or Brigade-level Mission Readiness Exercises, advise Commanders on the integration of JIEDDO-COIC C-IED products and intelligence into their operational and planning cycles, advise Commanders in identification, training and integration of JIEDDO IED defeat technologies into their mission planning and operations, assist Commanders with the development of a full spectrum strategy to combat IEDs that is based upon analysis of current enemy intelligence, an analysis of the enemy&#8217;s Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) and a thorough understanding of unit operations and capabilities.  </p>
<p>The Operations Training SME must have the ability to perform tasks with the Microsoft productivity software and applications and also should have the ability to perform tasks with the following web-based intelligence tools, software, and databases:  Microsoft SharePoint, Google Earth spatial analysis software, SIPR, and JWICS.</p>
<p>Successful applicants must possess strong oral and writing skills, experience working with a multidiscipline teams, and the ability to develop and provide advanced instruction to a diverse range of students via a wide range of mediums.</p>
<p><strong>Required/Desirable Education:</strong><br />
Required:  BA/BS degree with 5 years of relevant experience.  10 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree requirement.  This experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.</p>
<p>Preferred: Graduate of the Total Army Instructor Training Course (TAITC) or service equivalent.</p>
<p>Formal certification or documented practical experience providing classroom training with established POIs.</p>
<p>Graduate of the US Army Senior Training Managers Course or other service equivalent.</p>
<p>Graduate of the Training Development Middle Managers Course.</p>
<p>Graduate of the US Army Interactive Multimedia Instruction Developers Workshop.</p>
<p><strong>Required/Desirable Experience:</strong><br />
Preferred:  Post-9/11 experience as an Observer-Controller at one of the Joint Training Centers (National Training Center, Joint Readiness Training Center, or the Joint Multinational Readiness Center)</p>
<p>Exercise development experience with BCTP, JFCOM, TRADOC, or equivalent organizations.</p>
<p>Experience conducting planning or operations in a Joint, Interagency, or International environment (such as an Interagency Task Force, ISAF staff, NATO, etc.)</p>
<p>Post-9/11 experience conducting deployed operational staff work at the tactical level or operational level (Battalion, Brigade or equivalent).</p>
<p>Recent combat arms experience in Iraq or Afghanistan theaters of operations.</p>
<p><strong>Travel Requirements:</strong><br />
This position may require recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones. Applicants must be fully deployable to the required theater of operations, wear uniforms as prescribed by the supported unit commander, and bear arms as prescribed by the supported unit commander.  The applicant may be called on to support 24-hour watch operations.</p>

<p><strong>Key Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):</strong></p>
<p>Intelligence Training Subject Matter Experts will serve as members of a unique, multi-discipline team providing training assistance to U.S. Military and interagency partners as well as International partners.  Training SMEs will focus on teaching analytical methods for fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process that enhances effectiveness against enemy networks that employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).</p>
<p>The Intelligence Training SME will assist in internal training of organization personnel as well as training members of deploying units and selected Interagency/International partners.  The Training SME will focus on the use of a broad range of tools, methodologies and datasets in order to develop greater fidelity of enemy networks employing IEDs.  The Intelligence Training SME should be able to train analysts to:  Prioritize, categorize and satisfy requests for information, conduct near and long term analyses of device and network-centric threats, fuse and prioritize the multiple intelligence disciplines to disrupt and defeat enemy networks that employ IEDs, provide analysis in a Joint, Interagency, and/or international operational environment, operate as a member of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations as well as decipher and identify trends, patterns and key nodes, highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks, operate effectively in austere environments by leveraging internal and external resources.</p>
<p>The Intelligence Training SME should have the ability to work with and operate most or all of the following web-based intelligence tools, software, and databases:  Multimedia Message Manager (M3), Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), NCTC Online, Terrorism Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE), ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT database, Skope SIGINT analytical toolkit, Analyst Notebook/Palantir link analysis software, ArcGIS spatial analysis software, Goodle Earth spatial analysis software, and Microsoft productivity software and applications. The Intelligence Training SME should have faviliarity with some or all of the following methodologies:  F3EAD, CALEB/IWA, Social Network Analysis and CARVER.</p>
<p><strong>Required/Desirable Education:</strong><br />
BA/BS degree with 5 years of relevant experience.  10 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree requirement.  This experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above.</p>
<p><strong>Required/Desirable Experience:</strong><br />
Strongly Desired:  Post-9/11 experience conducting deployed Intelligence production at the tactical or operational level (Battalion/Brigade, Division, or equivalent).</p>
<p>Recent experience in the Iraq or Afghanistan theaters of operation.</p>
<p>Post-9/11 experience training analysts in a military or IC school setting.</p>
<p>Preferred:  Post-9/11 experience developing targeting packages or irregular warfare products in support of tactical-level operations.  Experience providing analytical or training support to Interagency or International partners.</p>
<p><strong>Required/Desirable Skills:</strong><br />
Imagery Analyst with strong imagery background including Full Motion Video (FMV) and/or Predator or All-Source Analyst or SIGINT Analyst with extensive geospatial tool usage (Arc View, ArcGIS, NSA proprietary tools) is required.</p>
<p><strong>Travel Requirements:</strong><br />
Applicants must be fully deployable to the required theater of operations, wear uniforms as prescribed by the supported unit commander, and bear arms as prescribed by the supported unit commander.</p>
